My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room I got was nothing like what I booked - instead of a two-bed smoking room, I ended up with a tiny, dirty one-bed non-smoking room. The condition of the room was appalling, with holes in the walls, a broken bathroom door lock, malfunctioning TV, and a terrible smell that made the whole experience unbearable. This place urgently needs to be shut down.
